Radiant Optimizer License, Hardware Changes & Support

Plan on one Radiant Optimizer license for one PC. For a motherboard replacement, contact the publisher with your order details before assuming your license will transfer. Support may help, but a transfer is not guaranteed.

One PC and motherboard changes

The license is personal and tied to your PC’s hardware identity. A motherboard replacement changes that identity. The licensing terms require a new license after replacing the motherboard; the support guidance also offers a transfer conversation for an existing buyer. These are different expectations, so obtain a written answer for your case before you upgrade.

SituationPractical next step
Buying for two PCsBudget for separate licenses; ask support about your intended use.
Replacing the motherboardAsk about transfer eligibility before buying the replacement.
Activation stopped workingKeep the error message and order reference for a support ticket.
Reinstalling WindowsAsk how activation applies to your existing hardware identity.

Do not share or publish a key while asking for help. A public screenshot can expose activation or account details even when the question itself is harmless.

Prepare a useful support request

  • Describe the task that failed and copy the exact error message.
  • Include the software version and your Windows version.
  • For purchase or activation trouble, keep the original order reference ready.
  • Describe whether a motherboard or other major hardware change occurred.
  • Provide screenshots only after removing license keys, personal account details and unrelated information.

Open Radiant Optimizer’s support Discord for the publisher’s ticket route. This guide does not operate that server or issue licenses. For a broken page or content correction on this site, use publication contact.

Refund requests

A delivered key is treated as a completed digital sale. Support can review duplicate charges, payment failures and unresolved technical problems individually. Ask for that review directly and explain the problem clearly; do not rely on a universal money-back promise.

If you have not bought yet, compare free and paid access and browse the free edition first. A cheaper trial of the interface is different from using a chargeback as a trial of a purchased license.

What lifetime access covers

Lifetime access follows the commercial lifetime of Radiant Optimizer on your licensed PC. Future updates to that product are part of the advertised offer. This does not necessarily include a separately sold successor, every future computer you own, or indefinite availability of a particular support service.

Use release history to distinguish a released package from a product update announcement. If an existing installation is failing, downloading an older executable from an unofficial mirror is not a substitute for an activation or compatibility answer.
